SHIPPING

Order Processing
We aim to process all orders within 48 hours, subject to availability. Orders received outside normal NZ business hours, or during weekends, will be processed on the next business day. If goods are not available, we will advise by email as soon as possible.

 

ORDERS WITHIN NEW ZEALAND
Delivery Time
Target delivery time for orders within New Zealand is 2-5 business days. Delivery to rural areas may take longer.
Order processing may be delayed if your item is not in stock and needs to be back-ordered, in which case you will be informed as soon as possible.

Domestic Shipping 
Domestic orders are delivered by New Zealand Post Parcel Post Tracked. Delivery to P.O. Boxes is not available. Domestic postage varies by area and is calculated by weight and volume. 

Wellington City-wide (up to 25kg): 
Check here to see if you are located within the city-wide delivery limits. You may also pick up your purchase from our store at 93 Bader Drive, Mangere Town Centre, Mangere. If picking up 1-3 days after purchase, please call beforehand to ensure your purchase is ready when you visit.

North Island:
0-5kg: NZ$10.00
5-10kg: NZ$15.00
10-15kg: NZ$20.00
15-25kg: NZ$30.00

Outside North Island:
0-5kg: NZ$10.00
5-10kg: NZ$25.00
10-15kg: NZ$35.00

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customs Info
Depending on your country's regulations, you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. Mangere Fashions will not be held responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to custom clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. When ordering from Mangere Fashions, you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Contact your local customs office for more information. 

Delivery Time
Target delivery time for international orders is 4-14 business days. Order processing may be delayed if your item is not in stock and needs to be back-ordered, in which case you will be informed as soon as possible.

International Shipping
Shipping costs internationally depend on the country and are calculated by weight and volume. For Australia, North America. East Asia, Europe and the UK, we use International Economy Courier. If unsure of your region, please refer to New Zealand Post World Zones here. Orders can be tracked using the tracking number supplied in your order confirmation email. 

Australia:
0-2kg: NZ$30.00
2-5kg: NZ$45.00
5-10kg: NZ$65.00
10-15kg: NZ$99.00
15-20kg: NZ $135.00

North America and East Asia:  0.1-1kg costs NZ$12–$50 depending on weight and volume, then add NZ$15/kg. Total cost including shipping will be shown before you enter your payment details.

UK and Europe: 0.1-1kg costs NZ$13–$50 depending on weight and volume, then add NZ$15/kg. Total cost including shipping will be shown before you enter your payment details.

South Pacific & Rest of the World
For shipping to the South Pacific and Rest of the World, we use New Zealand International Air. If unsure of your region, please refer to New Zealand Post World Zones here. International AIr postage is tracked but you will not receive the tracking number in your confirmation email.

South Pacific: 0.1-2kg costs NZ$10-37 depending on weight and volume, then add NZ$11.50/kg

Rest of the World: 0.1-1kg costs NZ$12–$50 depending on weight and volume, then add NZ$15/kg.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are legally allowed to import the goods they have ordered into their own country and to be responsible for any tariffs, taxes, duties or charges that may apply.

PAYMENT
Pricing
Mangere Fashions is a New Zealand-based business. All prices are originally listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD$) and include GST. Prices are subject to change.

Currency Conversion
For the convenience of customers outside of New Zealand, prices are automatically converted on the website to a local currency estimate using www.xe.com. Conversion rates are updated twice daily. All currency conversions are processed by the customer's credit card company, and any associated transaction and conversion fees are the customer's responsibility. Amounts on the website that are not shown in New Zealand dollars are estimates only and may differ slightly to the currency rate ultimately used by the customer's credit card company. The name "Mangere Fashions” will appear on cardholder statements for any transactions through this website.

Transaction Facilitation
This website accepts credit card and Paypal transactions via PayPal. Upon checkout, customers will be taken to the external Paypal website to enter details and then returned to Mangere Fashions website. At this point, the customer will not have been charged yet. The shipping charge is added upon return to the Mangere Fashions website. The customer can then confirm payment.

DIRECT DEPOSIT
Customers within New Zealand are welcome to pay by Direct Deposit by contacting us beforehand with your name, item(s) desired and mailing address. We'll then let you know how what the total cost is including shipping (In most cases, shipping is $10).

RETURNS 
Mangere Fashions endeavours to deliver products to our customers in perfect condition. Should a product be found to be faulty, please notify us within 10 days of delivery and we will be happy to replace the product or refund the full purchase price (excluding shipping). Note that we do not accept liability for product damaged in transit.  If you have changed your mind about a product, we will exchange it for another product or store credit (excluding shipping), but we cannot provide refunds. To qualify for an exchange, all items must be in their original conditional and be unused, unworn, unaltered, have tags attached and be returned in the original packaging. 

PRIVACY
Mangere Fashions respects our customer's right to privacy. We will not share your personal details with any other party. We will keep a record of your addresses and purchases to send you information about future promotions, new product introductions, free samples or newsletters. If you do not wish to receive any news via email or post from Mangere Fashions, send an email titled "Unscubscribe" to mangerefash@xtra.co.nz.
